I weigh out today at 250.8, which is 8.1 pounds lighter than on Tuesday, 2 days ago. Also, I have lost 2 inches on my waist from 52 to 50.
Symptom wise, I am still in pretty bad shape.
I ate half a mango for breakfast. Later I ate most of a pear. I had a bowl (2 cups) of vegan black bean soup. I then had a large green salad with tomatoes, peppers, raw pecans, kiwi, strawberries, and so forth.
Jon is home, so we may work out later.
